somehow Reaper due to his 300 hp with same bad ult that was always just a gold lobbies nightmare only- he became S tier lmao
i would just changed spread of shuriknes rather thatn pop up dmg
OR make his Dragon Ult cost less so it can be charges like before for 1100 points
