It’s her uniform from before the time accident, when she was a pilot. I think you need to have gotten the game of the year version of ow to get it.

Nah it’s part of the Origins Edition, alongside a skin for Pharah, Soldier 76, Reaper, and Bastion.

You get it from purchasing both Origins or GOTY edition.
I’ll personally take graffiti over slipstream any day but to each their own.
I actually wear that one. I like gas masks (I even have one from the Cold War) and the paint effect was irresistible.

I was playing tracer and i had it and i looked at the others and i had them i got an xbox and got ow2 so idk i got it
its a skin that came with the origins edition.
