Tracer can be OP if she’s in the right hands, yes. However, if she is nerfed or tweaked she would be just about useless for the teams. Unless of course she’s getting constant healing. She would be too easy of a target.

So she’s OP as you say and would need a nerf, but a nerf would make her useless? That seems stupid, there should be a middle ground.
Also, this is the Technical Support, balance stuff shouldn’t be discussed here.

I think tracer is fine
In my mind Tracer is a perfectly balanced hero. She is meant to be harder to hit, since she is a flank based hero.
