She’s literally everywhere right now and I’ve been someone who has always defended her since she is my DPS main but she is just so disgustingly overpowered right now that it isn’t even funny. Rarely dies and melts enemy hp so fast along with applying the DPS passive that there is rarely time to fight back. I’ve seen tracers who would’ve been absolute dog water last season pop off all of the sudden.

That’s a start. Now that it’s way easier to hit all shots, pistol damage should be reverted back to 5.5.
Tracer is a clear outliner that needs to be toned down, I mean look at the top 500 pickrates

She is really strong, but just be careful about over nerfing her. Small changes can dramatically affect her ability to perform.

Both Tracer and Genji. And also Zarya. Every time Zarya is good and being picked a lot the game becomes 2x worse than it usually is.
Zarya isn’t that crazy or anythinb this season
I think she needs a far larger nerf than this. She’s so out of line with everything else.

I remember certain youtuber/streamer even put symm and torb in the A tier this season like lol the gaslighting is real with some people.
Now symm is sitting at 0.50 pickrate and 40% winrate, its a first for her as she is always niche with high 60 to 70% winrate and low pickrate but now its all negative and people still claim she is strong lmao.

Maybe there’s room for Tracer to be meta, but not by such a large margin that she’s got such extreme representation on the leaderboards.

Tracer needs to lose the 175hp.
Its extremely unhealthy for a hero whose overpowered kit and tiny hitbox that is balanced around the risk of being oneshotted to just gain max hp in this way.
Everyone said so months ago when the patch was leaked and it was obvious tracer was going to be overpowered.

I wouldn’t shed a tear if Tracer went back to 150HP, but I wonder if that’s on the table given that Tracer seems to be doing better for herself outside of M+ now. I assume that’s what they were hoping for, anyway. Who knows for sure.
I’d rather they just nerf her damage and bullet size. In the past everything was smaller but now the traditional one taps like Mei and Ashe and everyone that could combo headshot + melee like Cassidy, Kiriko, Torb all shoot much bigger bullets
I think the major problem at the moment isn’t that she’s hard to hit, anecdotally my accuracy against Tracer probably went up a decent but she’s just too lethal and they should probably tone down her lethality because that’s the annoying part of her kit rn
If I still can’t one shot her but she has a noticeably harder time getting <1s killls i’d take it
I think most people would be happy with a Rein meta, which means a rush meta.
I don’t know i find her simple to deal with 1v1, she is still a 2d movement hero, and her biggest weakness is recall if people exploited it like they should, s9 i can only punish recall forcing them to retreat before s9 you would usually kill tracer after she recall most of the time…
We are in a rush meta though.
And I really can’t agree with the word “most”.
I know plenty of people that aren’t happy with walking down people with mei left click being meta.
