Something feels not right about her. Her ult is situational. Her survival seems worse and worse with every new heroes being released. Now she got Baptiste’ Ability to make her even worthless.
Héroe 31 seems to be a challenge for her. He is weak to dive, but he can kill her easily with a little of assistance. And so on if we start to look for counters and metas.
She needs a buff. Why play her when Genji get more value for less. So much to train for mastering all combos and not get dizzied yourself with your blinks. An ult that needs an scape option or it is a self kill weapon.
You can spend days training her and get more value with soldier or any easier dps. You are a high reward, high risk heroe, nowadays. Seems Tracer is a lucky pick. Give us some love. I don’t know what to suggest a mistake could make her OP, but playing her is worthless. You might have fun for 2m, but after a while enemies get use to it and wait for your flanks.

Maybe two pulse bombs can help or less blink CD. Or even recall halved.

She already got a buff, let’s see how she performs for a while before another.
A buff for her pulse bomb. Yet you need the skill to stick it. Bastion can get more with his ult. Soldier and any dps.
350 is way too much. But it is not as easy it seems to be. I rather have more aoe for it. Reduced her pulse boom to 200 and give her a good aoe or Idk maybe two pulse bombs of 150 each one.
To be entirely honest, tracer has been a very strong pick for a very long time and I don’t think she needs to always be that. So I am happy with her now and if they decide to make her a bit stronger again, I hope they wait a while.
Tracer absolutely does not need a buff. Especially not the ridiculous ones you suggested.

She was meta during a time. Lol I wasn’t playing that time. I came in season 11. She requieres way too much skill to be effective and she can do the job, but what we earn ? It is a waste of time if an Ashe had same skill as you, she will one shot you. A soldier can bring you down, anyone. Once you play Tracer you can notice she is a glass cannon.
Her ult is a joke. You need skill to get one pick or maybe two ? You need to dive and use all your resources if someone chase you, you are dead.
if something i would suggest a little bit less dmg decay on distance or 10 more bullets in her guns but not much more, i still find it cool to play if u get to the right target and still so hard to die as her
I know she is a glass cannon, but have you ever tried to hit her? She is a very hard to hit glass cannon, it’s what she does xd
Tracer is in a pretty good position now. With 222 coming in, the dive comp will be back and she will be played more. The pulse bomb buff is a big plus as now she can stick to a bastion and actually kills it.
That is a great idea. Her spread fixing.
I think she’s good, she may not be meta but she certainly isn’t bad plus things will change once 2/2/2 is implemented in that regard, i dislike unneeded buffs because the devs are usually heavy handed, they’ll over buff her and people will ask for nerfs a few weeks later which will spiral into a endless cycle.
Well my friend as a Tracer main. I know what to do against her. Being plat I was having fun with diamond and master. After you learn her and know how she works. She is predictable. Of course if the player is way better she will think ahead. But Tracer has never been my problem. If she is too good I switch to a proper counter and a glass cannon.
For example Diamond Tracer will blink behind you always. Master will bait your cds and grandmaster I see the think more about changing the engagement. Plat below Tracer might be fast and good, but can be read.

please dont rely only aim to skill, as bad aim player with loads of games as tracer u do not only aim fight other dps but dodge em with your blinks and confuse em while shoting short bursts and recalling if u get in troubles
oh and let’s not forget, pulse bomb with 350 damage on an orisa(which is really popular right now) is pretty huge and more often than not people tend to stick around an orisa, so this might be pretty good.
I already said 350 is OP. If stick of course. It was a unnecessary buff. She needs it to has bigger aoe or something else.
I don’t really wanna have to learn how to play tracer to counter her, though ><

You need the skill to play Tracer too, not only to stick bombs.
Her ult is a joke that can potentially be full every half minute. Getting one pick or two is great if those picks are the right ones instead of sticking to the big back of a Reinhardt.
Let’s just see, maybe it’s the change you never wanted but desperately needed 
i think Tracer is kinda an Assasin, making her ult bigger aoe doesnt really fit her role, just gotta practice that Q flick and u will get em
