Tracer is soo TRASH in "Uprising"

I was trying to complete “Uprising” (story) and noticed Tracer is so bad to use there she becomes trash, especially on last section. Granted, the players who played her were crap but she is bad from a distance and there was no much space for her to maneuver and was disastrous to kill Bastions and Orisas. In fact most of the numerous failures I had with the teams (always with randoms :unamused:) started because Tracer died. Fortunately I managed to finish “Uprising” on Specialist with a really good team of randoms, in spite of Tracer.
Tracer must have been nerfed badly to the point she is just trash to play in this particular mission. She is still fine in “Storm Rising” since there is much more maneuverability there, but in Uprising she is a pain. Blizzard, buff Tracer!

P.S.: I noticed the mission was designed with OG Mercy in mind, where she used to be able to revive all allies around her from some distance.

It depends on your connection, if its good then you get time to hit enemies in their weakspots and get behind their shields doing fairly high damage. Beyond a certain point the enemies start to hit you before you can hit them and then she just ends up constantly getting killed.

Her pulse bomb was much stronger when uprising came out, but I find her pretty good to get behind the shielded dudes and hit their weak spots, or behind the Bastion to hit his, will all depend on the tracer’s cooldown management and spacial awareness. She’s toast without shield, but it really is Rein and Torb’s show now with Torb’s changes and tracer’s nerfs imo.

At least she’s strong in PvP.

That can’t be say about Orisa - great in PvE, total garbage in PvP
