It only gets 100 more HP, and I don’t think it deals more damage because enemies ignore it. And when they do target it, it gets destroyed almost as quickly as a level 2 turret.
Please give it +200 HP, or at least make it permanent.
The other level 2 perk is much more valuable

AI opponents are so cringe as it is, one of the dumbest parts of the game already
Torbjorns games are insufferable, so boring

problem with lvl3 is that its not firing at lvl3 consistently, it bursts as lvl3, then fires as lvl2 then burst as lvl 3 and so on
just make it shoot as lvl 3 always

And for 8s (7s ?) only. It’s really mediocre
I managed to get it in Mystery Heroes and it felt kind of lackluster. Its strange that they couldnt buff it a bit more.
I still take it because I feel like I’m getting at least some additional value out of a boosted turret. In the range, it looks like the level three turret does these little, intermittent bursts of extra damage, which is more than a sticky turret’s doing.
One thing though: the level three turret has a start-up animation of ~1s where it does nothing at all, not even its usual attack. If the transformation was instant, well, that would be cool.

I think it should be available all the time, this so called level 3 turret.
I think that’d be overkill. The rockets do a nice little bit of burst and the turret becomes chunkier. I’ll be quite happy if the perk’s a bit more responsive; if you head into the firing range, take the perk, and watch the turret when it upgrades, its activation honestly looks kinda buggy. Not only does it completely stop firing but it swivels to the side. What’s weirder is that none of that happens when the buff wears off.
I think I’ll go ahead and make a thread in the Bug Reports forum, actually. I mean, you never know, right?
The problem I see with this perk is that the turret stops acting for half a second when it transforms and it only lasts 5sec. Make it last even 1 second longer and eliminate the lag between transforming and starting to act and it’ll be great. I use it to heal my turret when it’s about to die. It heals it to 400hp and it goes back to full 250hp when it expires.
It’s good enough to catch flankers like Tracer off guard imo. It would be as annoying as bastion rockets if he got too much
Don’t buff stupid auto-aim abilities - buff the hero. We don’t need to be constantly shot by something with lock-on that takes zero skill. It should not get massive value with no input from the player.
So, no, don’t buff either the damage or the HP.
That’s more about Tracers being unfamilar with perks than level three being super effective against them, imo. Once they learn to respect the turret more they’ll be able to work around level threes pretty easily, with the way the turret completely shuts down for a second on activation.
I dunno what you mean exactly about Bastion rockets. Sorry.
