Torbjorn Lindholm, father, inventor, friend.
This man was a massive part in the creation of Omnics, an insanely talented engineer with an eye for design. He then joined the original Overwatch strike team and was an insanely important part of bringing an end to the Omnic crisis. Without Torb’s eye for machinery and the inner-workings of the Omnics, the world would likely be a very different place.
Of course during and after the crisis, Torbjorn became very close with Reinhardt Wilhelm, his teammate. They still share an extremely close bond to this day, where all the other members of the original team ran off to chase ghosts, Torb and Rein stayed joined at the hip. Reinhardt even became the godfather to one of Torbjorn’s many kids, Brigitte.
Speaking of kids, Torbjorn has A LOT OF THEM. He is an extremely loving husband and father, despite his rough grumpy exterior, we’ve discovered he is truly a softie who loves his family and his wife Ingrid. He decided to not rejoin Overwatch after the recall, simply because he wants to stay with his beloved family.
Torbjorn by the community is mostly seen as a joke or a meme, but this little Ikea gnome has a lot more depth than you’d think.

As former main Torb i agree, but his turrets shouldn’t be in PvP game.
P.s.dont start about how stationary they are , play mercy for 100 hours and you will get it
As are most characters. Now whether it’s the community or the devs that deserves the blame is up for debate.
The community definitely likes reinforcing the stereotypes, but the devs don’t help with how they have caricaturized the heroes so much since OW2’s release. They definitely lost their grip on the personalities of these heroes.

What about we retire torb from main roster and keep him in towers defense game mode ? 
Torb’s lava bullets (or whatever they are called) are the size of a basket ball… similar to Mei’s icicle. lol
He’s not underrated.
He’s a dwarf not living in a mountain, there’s nothing else to say, he doesn’t try at all.

Torb is pretty good right now. His turret makes supports more safe and Torb himself is fairly tough.

Ay? Torb shouldn’t be in a pvp shooter game but mercy should?
They both deserve to be in the game. If Torb and his turret doesn’t deserve to be in OW neither does Mercy
