I have only play on NA server and the phone number is also attached with my account and I am GM1 now on Support but still not T500.

Have you played 25 games? I assume you have, but figured I’d just ask. Also, Top500 has been bugged ever since launch. Do you play on console? Because I know console has issues with the leaderboards. I have a theory that it’s tied to the fact that career profiles don’t track properly.
