Honestly, it may be best to just go buy a carry, get your title and not stress over trying to “rank up” because its not going to happen as a solo queuing player. You absolutely have to game the system or cheat to do it.

People need to stop fixating on singular matches. If your goal is improve and climb… You need to look at hundreds of matches
Carrying in support is no harder than any other role.
You sweet summer child… A large portion of people who make youtube videos (that are also good at video games) use hacks and cheats. If you think that’s not true you’re daft. Folks like you get suckered into thinking that they are just really good and some of them might be pretty good but use cheats to augment in certain situations because it’s more entertaining for the viewer.
It’s also extremely naive to believe that those videos aren’t cut to remove times when there was just nothing they could do to win, Not to mention that overwatch has a system that gives extra SR based on performance. I myself have received 70% after being incorrectly placed in bronze 3 when I am a mid plat player.
Overall there are very very few believable high skill players that actually stream or do youtube, because they are all eventually found out.
Reminder that IDDQD lost two games in bronze doing his bronze to GM “challenge” many years ago

Any one can lose any game. I don’t think there’s been many, if any, unranked to GM runs that have been 100%.
Wouldn’t surprise me if someone like yznsa has by cheating his way to it. But I can’t think of one of the top of my head.
Unranked to GM is a tricky and delusive title to boost a lot of accounts.

Dude lost one match in low rank and people are acting like it is the end of the world and a bulletproof proof of rigged matches lmao and are completely ignoring his over 90% winrate overall and him ending his run with only 2 losses in total out of more than 60 games played.
No one on here can achieve that.
