I recently ended top 500 in OW Even with the Icon as you can see on my profile, i see lots of others running around with their titles saying their number in top 500 i see mine with the number but its greyed out and locked

Me too. I was top 33 on support but the only tag i have is top 177 fighter COMBINED. I want my support one
It happened to me too, I was rank 285 in stadium and never got the title. Got the emblem wrpaon charm ect
Same i mean not as impressive but i got top 500 in stadium and i dont have mine so please Blizzard
Same here. I managed to get T500 in 2 roles support, tank and also combined roles.
I received 2 titles but the tank one appears locked but with my rank.
