I have 75 games played, 60+ wins and still no top 500? According to rank charts I should be #69? Is there some other trigger needed for placement on T500 leaderboard?

You probably already have done this already, but make your account is both SMS Protect enabled and Blizzard Authenticator enabled for your account to appear on the leaderboards.
