I have over 50 games played on dps according to the assassin challenge and I only ever play comp. I am gm1 but not on the leaderboards and have multiple friends with the same issue.

I have the same problem.

Just keep playing, it needs time to update.
Incorrectly updating top 500 leaderboards has been a well documented and on going issue for the past three seasons now, and to simply wait and expect it to update correctly has generally been very unreliable. I will continue to monitor this and related bugs in this thread: Season 36 Missing Top 500 Rewards.
