On my Playstation 5 I don’t see player’s names on the Top 500 Leaderboard for console. I see their title, games played and heroes, but not their name.
When I go onto my Xbox Series X the player’s names are there, like they should be.
I don’t know what could cause this on my Playstation 5. I have rebuilt the database and reinstalled the game and still I the issue still persists.
Anyone else have this issue or how to fix it?

I’m experiencing the same since season 1, also on PS5.
We are in Season 6 and this problem STILL exists! Awesome
