I played enough matches in the open queue (more than 750 all the time), but I never got the top 500, although my rating is higher than the top 500 players. I was told that I needed to link my phone number to my account, but I had it linked. At the moment, I noticed that my number was unlinked for some reason, but my friend got the top 500 without linking a phone number.
P.s. I can’t add the phone number again, I can’t open the link.
