I’m 3170, the last people in t500 are like 3007 and I’ve played 51 games, my acc is fully secured, why am I not there?
How do you check how many matched you have played in total? because for each character there are different amount of games played and won
It seems like if there are any leavers on either team, at any point in the game it won’t count towards your games played.
Edit: Finally got it took me 61 games.

I’ve played my 50 games and I have everything secured I’m 4001 so I know I’m in top 500, BUT I’m not there
All of u people wondering how ur not in top 500 go to the leaderboards there should be a box unchecked in the top right of the leaderboards click it itll show what ir ranked as and next to it it will show how many games u played the career profile isnt accurate also only play one character per match if u can playing multiple causes matches to not count sometimes

I have a question. I’m on console and I done 61 games and I’m ranked 3800. After all this I don’t have the top 500 icon. Is it because I didn’t put a phone number? I checked on the Blizzard site and it says that it doesn’t applies to console. What should I do?
I’m pretty sure there’s till some sort of sms protect that needs to be in place, Idk though I haven’t played on console in months.
U have to wait till the season ends and be in top 500
Looking at each of the characters and looking at games played is not trust worthy for example if you play like half of the game one character and another the rest it can count as two games
Bruh I’m at 78 games played and I haven’t gotten there yet lol
