Top 500 icon not awarded alongside title

I have an issue with not even getting the top500 rewards after ending top500 for Comp CTF. It gave me Diamond rewards instead

Comp CTF top500 rewards missing?

I ended at rank 396 for comp CTF and only got rewards for getting Diamond instead of the top500 rewards, how is that possible? It shows on my profile season ending at ranked 396 with the GM logo (which was Diamond) so shouldn’t it give the top500 comp CTF rewards instead? imgur.com/a/LxVFC3H
