I spent my money on mythic prism to get fully unlocked Ana mythic weapon but afteer buying all the levels, I went in game and noticed that i only have the vase skin, after a few match I still had the base skin, after restarting the game, it said i didn’t have any other unlocked besides the base skin and it didn’t refunded any of my prism or money. I contacted the support line and they said they can’t do anything and i should just basically type in a forums and pray to god Blizzard do something about it. I got the receipt for the purchase if the team decided to do actually reach out about t this.
