EDIT: not like a big nerf, i dont want supports ruined even more but her shield bash needs to be toned down

EDIT AGAIN: the cone was reduced to 60 from 90, she now hits whats infront of her with shield bash and not someone barely in view, both a nerf and qol improvement, baguette is fine!

Support main here, leave Brigitte alone. Her range is small and her healing is low to compensate for her strengths. Anti fun is completely subjective.

Yeah…no. When she can absolutely destroy reinhardt (a character who is already losing his shine) theres a problem

Just do something about that stun of hers. Shouldn’t be able to stun through shields.

She can walk up to roadhog who is ulting and shield bash him. Anyone else goes flying but hers ignores the knockback.

Oh also, support main here as well. Tone her back please.

She’s getting destroyed by more characters than she destroys. Junkrat and Pharah especially own her badly.

Support main here, I agree. Her ultimate ability feels like Mercy’s valkyrie 2.0. And…I have nothing more to add. :[

IDK if I would call you a Support my main. My smurf’s smurfs have more played time than you do, and quick play is far from balanced. Pharah and Junkrat (and Widowmaker to a lesser extent) pretty much destroy Brigitte and take significantly less skill to play than Tracer and Genji.

If you’re getting countered as Genji / Tracer, pretty much switch to an easier character and stomp her, or don’t and complain about being countered? IDK, lol.

Support main here. She’s fine.

She has plenty of counters. use them.
She has limited range. don’t go near her.
She has a burst heal which has travel time and a CD, she isn’t reliable.
She has worse self-healing than Moira.
She has one of the lowest damage outputs.

But noooo. Clearly a stun means she needs a nerf lul :roll_eyes:

Heroes not included:

  • Doomfist: if you get shields before she stuns you, you can win. If she stuns you first you lose.
  • Hanzo because he has an upcoming rework so Scatter won’t be an option soon.
  • Torb because while he can melt her shield she can just dash out of LoS of the turret and let it recharge
  • Zarya because her bubbles have a longer CD than Brig’s stun and she’s super weak to CC herself without her bubble (makes it easy to focus and kill her regardless of what charge she’s at). But you can also screw with Brig’s momentum by bubbling whoever she stuns.
  • Hog because he can shred her shield and has enough health to tank her combo, but Brig can stun him out of his heal, can block the hook (and doesn’t get one-shot by his combo even if she does get hooked), and can interrupt his ult with her stun.
  • Mercy because literally everyone counters Mercy so it’d just be redundant to list her there.

Yeah her shield bash should get some more cd. 8 secs at least. and it shouldn’t go through rein shield.

As a non Mainer, she is fine. Stay out of her range. Its all about repositioning.

No. She’s balanced. She just brings to light that much of the rest of the roster is underpowered in some ways. (i.e. Reinhardt)

Yes she should. Every dash attack goes right through barriers. Charge, Rocket Punch, Swift Strike, Shield Bash.

I think Genji is WAY more anti-fun than Brigitte.

Why is it so hard to “stay away” from her? You range her, she literally loses 95% of her effectiveness.

It’s really hard to shoot a deployed bastion when it’s behind a shield.

But you know, it’s wrong to assume a strict one on one match up. Rein can actually keep her pressured, it’s just that its super compelling to fire at him when his shield is down.
