Depending on your trust you can do certain things.

You can check it here.

You can make it to level 3 by having visited the forums for 50 days and having read 20k posts.

Not sure the exact but you have to have even a certain amount of likes received a certain amount of likes made a certain number of posts and replies read a certain number of post and replies to gain it from what I understand

It might have something to do with likes and all the other fancy stuff, but I’m almost 100% sure all you need for level 3 is 20k posts viewed
