tired of heros like ana and lucio being “asking to lose” heroes meanwhile low skill heros like brig and mercy are still dominant. now obviously all support should be viable, but the ones that actually take a mental capacity should be better.

Lucio has a pretty low skill floor though and this meta let’s Ana be chosen instead of getting dived on or hitting none of your shots Ana works pretty well with brig

Also mercy is the only consistant healer so she’s always going to be picked unless she gets pushed out by sheer power or gets gutted

I’m a proud Mercy Main and I love playing Ana and Lucio and Moira. Ana getting a buff just means that hopefully she can compete with Mercy and Brigitte and finally put her imprint on the battlefield :slight_smile:

yea probably, but after 5 months of moth meta and now with stun central brigette im just fed up, we have incredible dynamic, unique, and skillful heros in the support section yet these are the two getting the spot light

just look at how much people gaggle over zen players in OWL, highskill support is saught after

Can we stop with the high skill vs low skill… Like seriously, the reason Ana wasn’t viable not cause she is harder to play but cause she sucked.

Lucio works well in this new meta because of speed boosting your bubbled Brigitte.

Mercy sees more play because she can damage boost Dragonstrike after a graviton surge

Not everyone can be good with Ana or Zen. I don’t have good aim, I suck with sniper. Not only in Overwatch, I do bad with sniper in battlefield, or Kinessa in Paladins.

Honestly, the only support that doesn’t have a place right now is Ana. Lucio is pretty good right now. He’s tragically undervalued. Speed boost synergizes really well with the current meta comp. And Zen also is good.

So, I don’t know how the buffs to Ana and nerfs to Brigitte will play out, but the biggest issues are being addressed.
