I’ve lost more than 150 SR this week on each role. I’m getting kicked out of games randomly. I’ve just play a game and the result in the replays tab says Undecided because everyone were getting kicked out, I was in the last 5 persons in the game.
We all lost 50 SR, both team because of the servers. Even when we click on the rejoin button, nothing happened. I’ve lost 50 points yesterday because I was also kicked out and could not rejoin because the match has “Server shut down”. My friends did not lose points, but I did because I was the first one to get kicked out and before the server went down. I don’t care about the game being cancelled. But PLEASE, do not ban us and made us lost SR.
Can you add a check if the server was shut down or if everybody are kicked out randomly, to not lose SR for both teams.
It’s so frustrating, I’ve never been this low since a long time ago, it’s just not fun. I know there are a lot of people on the servers right now, but we should not be penalized for this.

Can confirm has been happening to me multiple times today as well.
I initially didn’t think anything of it but it has happened multiple times today with me being affected a few times as well. Ping is fine, internet is fine but the game disconnects you to the main screen with the rejoin match function not responding.
Then when you close the game and attempt to log back in you get placed in a long wait list.
Would really like some clarification as to how this is going to be handled. Copping massive losses in SR and Bans as a result of what is a server issue on blizzards end is rough.
At the very least the game should cancel without affecting anyone in such a scenario.

if the servers cant handle the load, and they wont cop to their mistakes, comp should be disabled. international crisis and we cant even game out.
