go to customs and play in an aim arena or widow hs server. Only way to improve on widow is practice. Don’t feel bad if you get rolled, theres a lot of nutty widows there but getting comfortable with your aim is important to improving on the hero.

I have over 300+ hours with Widow on two accounts. Just use her in QP, get around 50 hours, switch to comp, while waiting play against bots on highest difficulty. Ignore chat hate. Eventually you’ll be able to Web sling around the map running games. Grappling hook is your best friend.
Edit: 100+ hours on console, 200+ hours on PC.
you will also be aware of which Aimstyle (wrist or arm) you primarily use and adjust the DPI and sensitivity accordingly.
In addition to training, it is also important that you do not really change anything and that you also pay attention to your sitting posture. Muscle memory can only build up if you keep everything the same.
It is also useful to set the game to high FPS (I have a 60HZ monitor myself, but still play with 120 FPS)

I’d also do some FFA matches as Ana since her scoped aiming is similar to Widow’s. I would do 3 Ana matches at first followed by 3 Widow matches afterwards. Ana is much weaker so landing those shots is much more crucial in those 1v1 bouts, but if you play your cards right, you could beat nearly anyone. It helped me keep my composure in check and not resort to panic shooting when pressured.
It’s not aim. It’s muscle memory. There’s practice modes for teaching your hindbrain where to click on different heroes. Put the time in on those and you’ll be passable.

One tip I can offer is when you’re about to pull the trigger try not to move (wasd). Sounds like common sense right? I often make that mistake however and it makes me miss all the darn time

And in addition, mute text chat, don’t join voice. You don’t need it, people love flaming Widow, and even if they don’t, it can be distracting. You don’t need to focus on anything but yourself on Widow.
