It’s the last item for reaper I’m missing. I’ve decided to actually go hunting for it, and have found its actually pretty difficult to get. Any tips?
Yup. If you notice you killed someone with a headshot. Go spawn camping. That’s how I got it. Got 2 headshot ohko and then spawncamped and got the last kill.

Get a ana and a zarya buddy and have them nano you and grav the enemy team so you get ez elims.

Yeah, but only after it ends, so kills beforehand count.

Try QPC. Since achievements have been enabled you might have a slightly better/worse chance to get it.
Otherwise focus on squishy targets, ignore the tanks as they take more shots.
Aim for headshots, a close range headshot will instakill a target.
If desperate use death blossom and hope it kills before the guns reload.
