I can do normal superjumps fine, but I cant seem to do superjump rezes, like I always go too high.

The gap in which you need to press the jump when approaching an ally is quite large. So, the earlier you hit the jump, the lower the jump height will be.
But if you press too early, then you will fly over an ally

You can see the timing of it a bit better in this video!
Try doing small jump rezzes first, then work up to higher jump rezzes

As for my tip: The later you press jump, the higher you go. Try and jump a bit earlier to stay in range of the rezz, while also gaining vertical height!!
