I’m trying to learn DPS heroes (more specifically projectile, but a little hitscan) so that I can be more flexible, and I’m just fishing for some general or hero specific tips to use during the learning process. I’m mainly trying to get better with Pharah, Genji, and Tracer. Also a little bit of Junkrat and Mccree.
make sure you got a good sens for tracer. like go to the bots in training and move left and right while the crosshair is on the head. adjust so there is no hiccups. make it look like a aimbot.
and learn to kill zen as tracer and you will be master level tracer.
mcree is just aim and positioning. so just keep playing.
genji is animation cancels, like u can hold the buttons during dash so it comes out early.
and just predict the movement. for pharah and junkrat. the rest will come in time
sensitivity, awareness, positioning, and basic knowledge of your character and whoever you’re facing against are pretty much required, it’ll come with time, but just try and master these things above all else.
Your teammates are trying to enable you, return the favor. Help teammates with cc and gadgets and whatever else.
