This would be my favourite crossover considering how well she could fit in with the rest of the cast.

She looked kinda grown in the new BL3 trailer. Definitely teenaged, maybe even over 18. She was 13 in BL2, so it makes sense they’d age her up to be able to make her playable.
Blizzard has stated multiple times over the years, including in 2018 when Fortnite did the Thanos thing and people were asking for something for here, that they do not do crossovers with non-Blizzard games nor ever license characters from outside I.P.s.

Around 2:35 “Your Friends are here to Save the World” She birefly shows up with Aged Brick and Mordecai in What looks like the Holy Spirits. Though you can only see her face for a like a moment, the bunny ears she wears kinda give her away.
Id say Crossover skins better. With different voice lines.
Example Tina skin for D.va (cant think of another girl who would fit it i mean dva is…young and a gremlin)
Zer0 skin for Genji
Mordecai skin for Hanzo
Handsome Jack for Soldier 76 (I mean look at the namesssss)
Claptrap skin for Zenyatta/Bastion
Etc.

I would think that could be possible as a D.Va Premiere skin, meaning it would be Tiny Tina, but she would be voiced over and have her own mech and stuff. If it would ever be possible I can see them going this route.
