Time Out Communicating with Battle.net Services

I’m receiving the following error when attempting to connect:

Sorry, we were unable to log you in.
Time out communicating with Battle.net services.

I have only seen one other mention of this so I thought I’d make a post for it in case anyone else is experiencing it.

Also experiencing this, was able to sign in yesterday now I am receiving this error.

Just want to re-iterate and say that I am getting this error both NA and EU regions… so clearly something is up with my account or all your servers are bad rn.

same here. Actually played quite a few games yesterday so must have been lucky. Now all of a sudden it tells me the same error. Not sure what’s going on

Same. Surprising that it appears worse than yesterday (no workaround, no hope of getting in) haha.

Exactly the same issue. I was playing a game in QP and disconnected mid match. Then I have been stuck with this, not even able to enter the queue. I’ve tried all three regions with no difference.

Same error for me now. I was in about an hour ago. Logged out for a while and now I am getting this error when attempting to log in.

I think a large amount of players are experiencing this sadly, id be happy for them to even just do a 1hr server restart so everything is functional again rather then trying to fix it as it goes. Anyways im sure blizz team will fix it up soon.

Same here. Was able to play yesterday, but today I keep going through the queue only to get logged out over and over.

Im in australia aswell and its 4am, so its definetly the servers and not people queing up… like cant be that many degens awake aswell

I need help on this as well. All of my friends are online and playing. My account has never connected to the European servers over 2 days. And I got the watchpoint pack. Such a shame! Glad I didn’t take any time off from work for this.

I also have this issue, I could play 40min ago and all of a sudden this issue keeps repeating itself. I have restarted everything multiple times, no workaround.

Edit: Switch from EU to Asia server and managed to get in, would appreciate if I could connect to EU server though.

Lets pray they are just updating the servers and restarting them

Yeah except that people here in the US are 100% awake and connecting to Asia/Europe during degen hours has been how a lot of us got in lol so I’m sure there’s still plenty trying this…myself included…but also still getting the same issue no matter which of the 3 regions i try.
