Bought the ultimate battle pass bundle and 20 tier skips were not given. Logged off OW2, logged out of the client and reset password as recommended just to see if it was bugged and still no tier skips were provided. bought the previous season 3 one and this issue was not had.

Same here got everything except for the tier skip. I tried using the coins to skip 10 tiers and didn’t get the skips either for that but they took my coins.

Same thing happened to me, already had ~17 tiers done from playing, bought the 30$ bundle, got coins, skins, battle pass but no skips. Not sure but the extra info might help.

sucks i got the ultimate just cause i work 12hrs 5 days so i can’t grind it really and i bought 10 extra levels and nothing i should be at like lvl 50 rn
