Naw man. Heroes unlock at tier 55 on the free pass. That’s a genuine time investment. Doesn’t matter how good at the game you are.

I thought the point of OW2 going free to play was to stop the game being dead. Blizzard just buried it 6ft under and filled the tomb with concrete.

We do not know how long it will take, maybe it takes like an evening to do so.

I mean at least with Kiriko we are getting her free for owning OW1 and 10$ isn’t that much to ask for instant access to new heroes following her. While the special situation for Kirko doesn’t solve the problem for future heroes being at rank 55. I don’t think 10$ Is asking much but I understand if some prefer not to.

if the battle pass is on a 9 week schedule then i wonder if they would make it so easy to do in a day lol… so yea no i doubt that

maybe you can unlock all levels in 4 weeks? by like playing for 2 hours a day??

edit: actually probably 4 hours a day.

Not sure but from the sound of it if you have friends to play you get 25% increased bp exp that way. So that could quicken the pace as well

That’s assuming I wanna invest 4 hours a day in this game. Not to mention there are people who play competitive exclusively, and you can’t play comp if you don’t have every single hero unlocked

thats still a rumor i think. they havnt officially said that? or i didnt see it on the battle-pass info

but yea 4 hours a day is too much for a lot of people… it probably will be tho…

my current estimate (entire guess) is around 1h per level average, because that’s the least I see them balancing it for. with comp being delayed for 2 weeks after the BP launches, that’s 4 hours every day if you want to unlock the new character before comp. I own OW1 so season 1 doesn’t have this issue for me, but I get home from work at 6pm, in bed around 11-12, not normally home over the weekends. If I want the new character by comp opening, I’ll be getting home, immediately eating dinner, then going to bed. No thanks, I don’t want a job when I get home from my job
