I cant make a ticket.
I have 2 *.nfo files dxdiag and msinfo. Both extensions are nfo.
But when I wanna attach the files the systems says “the submission includes a invalid file type”. Strange because blizzard is asking for these 2 nfo files.
What to do?
They should be text files, not nfo. Change their file extensions to *.txt.
Just to add it should be File > Export (converts it to a .txt file), not File > Save (saves it as an .nfo file) for the MSINFO file. This saves a bit of time for agents so we dont have to convert - and prevents situations where agents may not know how to convert asking for the file again in the proper format.
