I don’t deny that. It being the most popular game, that is a stretch.

It had 50 million players in '19. And in streaming platforms it was the most watched game around that time. I just assumed, apologies. Point still stands.

i made this post cause customer support said a ticket would do jack and you know what. he said to make a forum post and i thought it would be a better idea

Wrong, go to the BBB website and file a complaint. Only then will someone from the company actually do something about this issue when enough complaints are filed against them.

I am concerned that the customer support may actually be wrong in this instance.

The development team often looks towards reddit, rather than this forum for feedback. In addition moderators are generally not happy with seeing posts like this so they often take them down.

I am not sure why the customer support suggested you to post here but both their claims are inaccurate. I won’t be surprised if they actually just didn’t care and wanted to get the case closed.

Honestly I’m starting to wonder if the CS is just an external company given instructions on what to do for each scenario and left alone to do its thing, and unless it’s an exceptional case they don’t contact Blizzard for anything.

Or at the very least hire directly from a recruiting agency.

Pretty sure they do that for something like CS. If the CS is truly as it seems, I doubt they were managing hires themselves. Here’s hoping Microsoft gives them some funds to actually have a sufficient CS department.

Seems like they don’t like getting bombed at the BBB, Perhaps we need to complain about their CS and resolving tickets.
