I think overall the changes are great, just a few changes I would make.
- Hack: breaking line of sight should immediately cancel Hack
Currently, you can get out of line of sight for a very short period (0.2 seconds?) and still end up being hacked. This also allows heroes to get hacked after activating invulnerable abilities (Tracer Recall, Mei Cyro-freeze, Reaper Wraith Form), which should never happen. Either the hack should be cancelled or the invulnerable ability should be cancelled. Both should never go through.
- Hack: increase time to hack from .65 seconds back to .8 seconds
Sombra already got her time to hack reduced from 1 second to .8 seconds in an earlier patch. With .65 seconds, you barely even have to try to hack heroes anymore.

i think she needs to gain some ult charge from health packs… her only incentive to hack health packs for her team was because she gained ult charge from them but now every game im in the sombras dont hack any health packs unless they need them to heal themselves… and they are spending most of their time behind the enemy using translocator to do some damage then translocate away the entier game.

She needs to do more damage. Still can unreliably kill other dps and squishies.

I don’t mind her hack time. The only thing I would change is take her ability away to stop Lucio healing even if it is his passive he is a healer and there should not be an ability that takes away his healing capability.

Players are complaining about the dive meta. Her hack is that one thing that counter it, why would you want to nerf that of all thing?
Maybe remove the hack passives, otherwise, it should stay as .65s

I agree, it’s like disabling Mercy’s primary fire on the healing staff.
I personally think she is overpowered to fight against as her hack now leaves you totally vulnerable even as a sombra lover i believe she is unfair to fight against. I believe her new hack is overpowered and now a single good sombra can change a whole game by countering everything I loved the old hack, you are able to keep fighting with you even being hacked and now you are just a sitting duck for her so I believe her old hack shouldve stayed and the rest of the buffs wouldve made her perfect
What the OP said, and the disable on passives is a bit too much.
With the short hack time it’s pretty hard to stop it with damage and it sucks for Lucio.
I enjoyed playing her last night. As long as I was staying in the back line and outputting a decent amount of damage and staying alive I was getting my ult charge just as quickly off health packs. The extra 5 seconds on the trans-locator makes a huge difference imo. I always felt rushed with 15 seconds, but 20 seconds feels just right to be able to mess with the enemy back line or do whatever is needed. I think I played 4 games with her and we full held the first point every time…even if it was quickplay.
I think she is just going to make Moira more of a must pick. Ana, Zen, Lucio, and Mercy don’t have a chance of hitting her in that time. Especially on multilevel maps. Moira just has to spin in a circle with right click.

No it wasn’t and was addressed in the last patch, if you read the notes you’ll see the explanation. I actually thought the same as you at first.
