Not really sure how they think giving D.Va more booster up time and reducing Fortify damage reduction by 10% is going to change the fact that if you aren’t playing double barrier you are still soft throwing. 
It’s not a bad patch, but it’s going to change almost nothing meta wise from what I can tell. Maybe a little in the healing category… not sure.
