I think he is fine and the game should be nerfed down to his level (damage utility and sustain). If not, power shift his kit in a way that makes him better in GM but doesn’t affect mid ranks. Either way, he is very bad in GM

It depends do people want a power shift making his ultimate worse but his base kit better or do they want a net buff where both base kit and ultimate is good.
He’s the most broken dps hero in the game next to McCree. I would rather play against McCree than him

What i want for genji is to be less dependent on ult kit and more reliable buffed base kit. And he’ll be a healthier genji instead of being nanoblade bot boy.

I think he should fire all shurikens at once with either mouse click. Keep the damage at 28, and balance around shot recovery. And remove cancellable Deflect.

I dont mind AS LONG as his ult has some use or lethality in it. But if someone were to say to get rid of dmg boosted blade, im gonna say hes gonna need a hell lot of bigger buffs in vanilla base and ult kits to compensate. As genji the character himself is weak and is only strong when nanoblade is in play. If nanoblade is kept, he needs small buffs and potential nerfs in other portions of his kit. if you were to remove dmg boosted blade entirely, then he needs a lot more bigger buffs to his vanilla kit. All i have to say here on this notion.
