Sure, it’s a 4x multiplier instead of a 5.5x for ult, but 25% less cost for copy sounds way too low of a cost, since it’s primarily used to prevent death anyways, at least in high level play. I’m thinking it could become a problem since she’ll have copy every fight now, but we’ll have to see.
Once again, copy is used mostly to avoid death in high elo.

On paper it looks like a nerf to me but I guess we’ll see how it plays out. I do question why they couldnt just buff her ult generation without a compensation nerf though even if it wasnt by 25%. She’s not exactly overperforming.
havent played it yet but there are many times where i would dupe and whether id get an ulti on the hero i dupe would come down to like 5% in the last seconds, for example when duping zarya soldier or moira (more because coal ends early when dupe ends). these dupe targets are way less valuable now unless you have the perfect setup and that creates more games where dupe is a bricked ability with the options the enemy team has.
maybe im speaking too soon but idk i prefer the broader options to the more frequent ultis. if they wanted to nerf echo theres more toxic aspects to her character pre dupe. if they wanted to buff dupe thennnnnn idk
