The way ana and kiriko can one tap and insta kill combo is seething. Honestly why play someone like Mcree and widow when kiriko can snipe you from afar away while also being able to heal over time and teleport.

This post is bait. the first line gives it away as those supports don’t have one-taps and Kiriko doesn’t have a insta-kill combo, it’s just landing two headshots. If that didn’t tip you off, the next bit whining about Cass and Widow who actually do have one-taps and kill-combos should have been the dead giveaway.
Landing two head shots isn’t hard with kiriko she doesn’t need that much damage on headshots and ana never needed that buff.
The kiriko spam has been really annoying lately and its somehow even worse than hanzo because her projectiles are actually much bigger so it happens more often. When she was released I felt it would be better to make kiriko more forgiving by increasing her body shot damage but decreasing her headshot damage a bit. This could also be good to increase her fire rate which could be essential in 1v1 fights. As for ana, shes fine. Shes fun and finally a hard target to easily pick off which she really needed now that we are in a 5v5 game
That would be a two tap.
One tap meta is annoying, I completely agree Widow, Sojourn, Hanzo and Hog need to be reworked.

Everyone needs to be reworked except widow. That’s her thing and that’s what made her stand out from the others. The one shot one kill motto that’s what she was meant to do. But with hanzo and kiriko hog etc her existence is redundant.

To clarify, you’re complaining about one-shots, but want to leave the biggest abuser of that (widow) alone? One shots outside of ults are bad game design when 40% of heroes on the field are designed around healing/support. Fix Widow, Hanzo, Sojourn and Hog, then we can talk.

agreed on kiriko. her tiny hitbox is impossible to hit. got her to half? o lemme just cleanse myself. then the huge hitbox on the knives being thrown is ridiculous.

Lucio can kill-combo a squishy with a perfectly executed head-shot volley followed by a quick melee and right-click. This is not going to happen in the real world unless they are slept or something.

it would be a bit more accurate to call it a burst meta. Which honestly has always been the best thing in overwatch, but they usually have been inconsistent and especially inconsistent with supports.
Ana can lead into kills from sleep dart every 15seconds. Realistically, you aren’t landing those and getting kills unless someone dives the backline near point blank. That’s been part of her value for years. Nothing really new.
Kiriko is mostly carried by her generalist kit that is good in like almost any situation. The headshot damage is 120dmg at best. That’s stuff DPS can pull out spamming on Pharah, Junkrat, juicy torb/cree/mei shots, etc. There is nothing new about it other than simply the support slot can now add to the burst damage another character with a good kit. Baptiste hurts more than Kiriko.
DPS is in a slot where there is a single great burst character in the railgun both on her ult and little cooldown on top of a great kit.
