This is why I play Overwatch

This was hands down one of the best games I have ever had playing Lucio! And I don’t like playing Lucio!

YD661Z

Mystery Heroes game, 0 deaths. Only player in the game with that too.

Some stats:

  • 41% Heal
  • 59% Speed
  • 33 players knocked back
  • 12 sound barriers
  • 7 knockback kills
  • 1 Save
  • 16 elims/16 assists
  • 3400 damage
  • almost 7k heals

At one point an enemy player told me to stay out of the fight. So I participated even more. (the first Widow I killed)

But as I said, this was a blast! These are the kinds of games that keep me coming back!

Enjoy!

Nice game!

One of the best parts of Mystery Heroes is it forces you to play a hero you rarely play. And once you start playing them, you quickly realize that you actually skilled with that hero! Like a hidden talent just waiting to be unleashed. :tiger::facepunch::frog:

We need mystery heroes competitive

I think they’d need to add a few more rules before that’s actually viable.

E.g. maybe max 2 tanks/supports, and no duplicates.

That would at least cut down on the RNGG aspect of MH that currently plagues it.
It would suck to be on a promotion match and then BOOM enemy team gets triple shield with two Sigmas and a Ramattra GOATS while your team has 3 Widows, a Lucio, and an Ana.

I thought they had this once before? I still have comp records for the mode I think.

My main thing would be at the very least limit the game to never duplicate a hero at the same time. Other than that, that would be it.

I still recall a game where myself and two others started as D.Va with an Anna and a Soldier.

I felt SO bad for the enemy team. 3 D.Va’s were a lot to take on. And it was on a control map. O_o

Oh I like this concept

This isn’t surprising as Mystery Heroes is prob the best decision you can make playing OW

it’s funny how removing most of the stuff people constantly complain (people’s decisions) about usually leads to fun matches

Yeah, I pretty much abandoned QP as it drove me crazy to play there anymore.

Been a lot more fun for me in MH. You have a better chance at turning the tables on a stomp. Not absolute, but better.

Very true!

Its randomness paradoxially leads to more balance  :balance_scale:

I very well may have been on that exact match. hahaha
At least, if it was on Oasis University.
I remember sitting on the front right corner spamming “IS THIS EASY MODE” laughing my butt off on such a match, long ago.
