It’s how the Overwatch team operates since the release of Brig.
They no longer worry about balance, they just listen to who cries about which hero the most and nerfs them… It might sound like I’m joking, but they’ve been phoning it in for over a year now.

She wasn’t safe back in the day. She got heavily nerfed before. It will happen again. I’ve been playing since beta.

Nah she was released because they were too afraid of Genji mains (who eventually got her nerfed) to nerf genji.
Nothing is more hilarious to watch than players used to EZ mode kits get outraged when their path-of-least-resistance toy gets taken away… these changes are for the most part designed to speed up the pace of play, to get people going, and to make DPS feel a bit more impacful and not everyone standing around so Rein slowly walks up, little by little, or follows the tortoise, I mean Orisa, around… people should be grateful. And Moira’s fine, this is going to have the impact that unless she stops screwing around trying to dive and DPS, she’s going to need to stay in position and heal more or risk being called out and potentially reported. The best part - this is not the last Moira nerf coming (I predicted two were coming in the next six months). I almost guarantee you Damage Orb is getting nerfed, or a reduction in drain distance.

Give it time, they will wait to see how these changes work, then expect a round of DPS nerfs and few buffs.
Still tho, the community sees ana taking ‘skill’ so it’s fine if she dominates the other healers
She is skilled, don’t say “skill” like its a dirty word here.

She does take some amount of skill but not the amount people on the forums think she does. Her shots are really forgiving

I wasn’t comparing skills to the other healers but how that skill suddenly protects Ana from things. People wanted Mercy nerfed over her pickrate and winrate at times but ask for nerfs to Ana for the same thing and most times you would be meet with “She takes skill so she’s fine”
