You know, I really like Kajor. And I’m gonna give him the benefit of the doubt since I actually haven’t played S11 yet. But some of these placements seem wonky to me 
Soldier in D tier is wild. Same with Sojourn in C tier. Neither of them lost enough to be put anywhere below B. Doomfist, Ball, Widow, Ana, and D.va should not be in C tier, need to be higher.
Reaper in C tier though, checks out. Rest is pretty much accurate.

This tier list is only relevant for 5-stacks on voice comms. It has nothing to do with pub games.
