All that really happened was the addition of new skins and a recycled event. There was no new fun gamemodes or any other sorts of fun elements in this new event. I am honestly disappointed by the fact that we only got skins this event.

The sad part is due to my weird Console, I had to update and it said I had to update 21.8 GB instead of the average 1-5. All this just for the same splashed out content and a Blizzcon skin ruined.
Only this Halloween event?

Oh yeah I forgot about the patch, was just traumatised over the long wait to update.
If that leak is true, we will get a new Overwatch game focused on PvE. So, it explains why they don’t make new events. They are puting all work and resources on it.
I’m hoping for it.

Events other than Archives and Winter that one time have been identical like 9/10 times, why are you surprised? Why are people expecting anything else?
Devs said months ago they’re changing their focus from temporary events to more permanent features. Why even play a multiplayer shooter if you’re just interested in the PvE events active like 6/52 weeks? Theres an entire genre for stuff like that, play Warframe or Destiny or Borderlands.

I have prepared my bags for getting off the forum but I am waiting for the final verdict.
To be fair they only changed the winter event because the snowball event was so terrible and boring in comparison.

Um not to mention same supports getting skins. Same heroes with highlight intros getting highlight intros.
Spread the love a little. Brig, Baptiste need Halloween legendaries, too. Ana doesn’t need 3 skins in the same event.
Tho I’ll let Ashe’s highlight intro slide bc it’s dope.

All I wanted was cool cosmetics and Heroes added to Revenge. Only got half of what I wanted. I’m really disappointed that they didn’t add any Heroes to the game mode
