Getting flashbacks from the time where I called for a Paladin archetype support hero who was beefier than the other supports to kick flanker butt.

A lot of people came up with a female cowgirl. Heaps of female cosplayers even dressed as McCree. It’s not a far fetched idea that many had already imagined a cowgirl character for Overwatch.
He even got the kit right, though. o_o
The only thing he missed was the ult.
That said, I do find it funny that people didn’t want a Rule 63 McCree even then.

And that is precisely why I don’t miss the downvote button at all. People obviously just downvoted it because he wanted a female hero, even though the kit was obviously a great idea.

He wasnt entirely wrong but saying “he called it” isnt quite right eiter. He called a female cowboy with a rifle… that doesnt sound… super impressive to me. Sry
If you have to think about a western style hero, how many weapons do come to your mind next to a revolver?
How many weapons were used during the old west? A bunch of revolvers (there were A LOT of diffrent revolvers), less common were rifles and shotguns and I think thats actually it
He was wrong with her abilitys and passives (or did I overread something?) and the lore is only partially correct. Cree and Ashe never were a couple (they spend time together in their childhood and were members of the deadlock gang but nothing more (thats confirmed information)) … I think we dont know yet why Ashe hates him
