…they just removed Sombra and Widow. Both for the sake of teammates and for dandelion mannerisms each of these exude with no shame.

edit: they literally account for 80% of my losses. Not bcv they on the enemy team, bc they autolock on my team, leave voice chat, (you know the type) etc. Dies 5 times in first 3 min and wonders what isn’t working.
Perhaps. That being said, they could always try reworking them to be less frustrating instead. It’s not a particularly viable solution because Blizzard has never made a successful rework in my opinion… But hey! Anything is possible.
Long range one shot without a chance to avoid it at the receiving end and ability lockouts in an ability based games seem to be not healthy in an hero based arena shooter.
I agree for the issue that Widow and Sombra have little to no counterplay. If one of them is good enough, you literally cannot play the game unless multiple teammates are swarming them, and that right away lets the tank roam free and you are now 3v5.
Unlike tanks however, you don’t even know Widow or Sombra is on you until it’s too late.
Yea, that’s exactly what I mean though. When counterplay means you need another teammate to peel or dive, the rest of the team playing objectives is now 3v4.
With Sombra it’s much worse because if she is attacking supports, and they are busy healing each other, the rest of the team is 3v4 and without any heals. I’ve lost quite a few matches because Sombra keeps supports tied up in this way, even if she doesn’t score kills.
they can’t remove sombra because she was designed so sh** players have a chance against someone good.
and widow, that’s because blizztard needs to appeal to every gamer so they need a sniper, even though many heroes in the game have nothing in their kit to deal with her besides hiding or switching.

Why?? Ever since season 9 Sombra does not seem to be doing well… She may be able to do some damage, but with the HP increase it takes her ALOT longer to eliminate someone.
You want to remove 2 of the 4 dps I play so rude. I also play Mei and Tracer. That is right I play just the most annoying dps. If I play dps I am playing to ruin peoples days.
I have seen maybe a dozen hackers in my time playing since ow release. I probably have faced/played with more but just haven’t noticed. I just don’t think hacking is as rampant as people believe. Too many people blame themselves losing a duel on the other hacking. I always check and re-watch the match replay if I believe someone hacked and most of the time I am wrong. I feel too many people are just saying someone hacks and doesn’t put in the work to double check.
It does exist of course and Xims are probably very prevalent in high rank console play as it is easier to get away with.
