This game should use people’s statistics and let you have the option to choose who you get grouped with. If healers want to do more DPS than healing, that’s fine let them do that, but let me avoid people like that. If you wanna play your own style and have fun your way… go for it, give me the option to opt out of that type of teammate. I shouldn’t be penalized because my style of fun is different from others.
That would be amazing. Imagine all the people horrible at the game avoiding me so that I am left only with reasonable players who can maintain their own health bar. That would be legal mmr manipulation.
Support is already the bottleneck for the queue times, do we really want to double the queue times by splitting the supports?
You could just play comp and get to a higher SR where the sups play well. Expecting everyone to play well in the casual mode just isnt realistic. Its like all the sups begging the dps to peel for them rather than running off on their own away from the objective while the sups get murdered by flankers. It would be great but its just asking too much of most of the player base.
