Cyborg or non-cyborg, the current ratio of ninjas vs non-ninjas is Far TOO LOW.

I think it’s pretty likely we’re going to get Asa (Kiriko’s mom) at some point. Afaik she’s the NPC with the most connections to existing characters other than the Talon leaders and Athena, and Kiriko’s short kinda feels like Asa is warming to the idea of being active again.
Makes me wonder if Sombra qualifies as a Ninja
For: Stealthy, underhanded tactics, uses a gunpowder weapon (Ninja did use guns), original concept was an Aztec-Ninja type character
Against: Not Japanese
The only positive to more ninjas is getting more voice lines about how much of a disappointed hanzo is to everyone. 
Maps
In fact I go the opposite direction when it comes to heroes…they should stop adding those
But they should add as many maps as possible
Isn’t Kiriko a ninja? Those Kunais hurt! Or at least they used to…
And this game can use another sniper! This one with a 50cal antimaterial rifle to put big holes in solid walls and barriers.

The only way to judge the proper ninja ratio is to count them against their antagonistic pirate ratio. Only ones you could consider pirates are Junkrat and possibly Roadhog with him, to the Ninja to Pirate ratio is 1:1 with Genji and Kiriko. Adding more ninjas would also require more pirates.
I mean yes and no, a ninja is a very culturally specific thing. Also at one point she was also a fashion model that throws knifes.
Pirates include: Junkrat, Hog, Baptiste, Ana, Reaper, wrecking ball, Sigma
Ninjas include: Genji, Hanzo, Kiriko and maybe Sombra
So we are clearly 2-3 Ninjas short.
We have 3, all from Japan. I think that’s more than enough.
There are probably more, you just haven’t seen them yet. Those tricky ninja skills are keeping them out of sight.
Personally id rather have a monk fighter from taiwan or china shaolin style. Zen is all we have but he doesnt count really. We have enough “ninjas” tho

Better customization makes for better comp variety. Better comp variety makes for better experience.
