Lazy, no effort events & skins (unless you pay money directly for them) terrible balance patches, lock of any actual content between badly made events (lore or otherwise) Blizzard being focused on E-sports more than their actual game succeeding, it’s sad, but well deserved.

Facts.
I still play this game, albeit begrudgingly, there is just nothing else to play. I get bored easily. But seeing this game lose players or gets tons of hate brings a smile to my face.
