After being ddosed so much last season to the point to got banned for the entire season. today where I get ddosed again, and then the next game pushed me over the edge, playing on temple of Anubis where we should’ve had a 5 min cap both points and they stall for the entire four minutes coming out with lucio, wrecking ball, sombra, rein, tracer, moira. Nobody on our team died, they just get the perfect spawns and then we lose in overtime. This game has honestly became a joke the last two seasons with ddosers and what not
This is coming from a top 500 ana btw who has put in around 1000 hours since season 16
Lol, dude they absolutely Ddos on Xbox people literally have smurfs with “iddos” and guess what every match I see them… someone gets booted. Or how about the time I wouldnt get off Ana and he says in voice chat “get off ana or I’ll boot you off your internet”…my internet shut off for 5 minutes. They just reuploaded a certain site that people can use to ddos and ever since then it is a rampant problem on overwatch Xbox
Just do yourself a favor, find out how the internet works. No one grabbing your IP off a server hosting a match. Want to rant, complain, and spend a bunch of time not addressing the problem? Fine.

You got a Xbox gamer tag (it only works on Xbox, not pc) I can look you up right now, your just ignorant, look up the website xresolver and look up somebody’s gamer tag and it will pull up their IP and even the city they live in but sure nobody can get your IP, looks like you need to do some more research bud
Even if I didn’t get Ddosed comp is a literal joke, how can I increase my mccree dmg by 1000 per ten, 3 more elims per ten, 6 deaths per ten, basically every mccree stat you can possibly think of is better this season then last yet I had a 70% win percentage last season and a 30% this season. Solo queing is without a doubt completely luck based

Just because on the off chance, I just searched for 8 random gamertags and put them in, none did anything.
Matches are hosted from a server (what did you think it was, P2P?), you have a better chance grabbing my IP and finding where I live off of this forum.

The website says you can have it removed and your IP blacklisted. Why haven’t you contacted the website and told them to blacklist your IP from being viewable on there? Just wondering
I attempted it, it’s only by chance that they will remove it. They want you to go to the link that’s on there to another website and pay 5 dollars monthly for “ddos protection” even though it’s the same sight people use to ddos others. It’s basically like the mafia saying they’ll protect you for money but if you don’t pay, they’re the same ones hurting you
Do you play other games on xbox or Microsoft gamestore with your gamertag, in which the game/games have private lobbies? Never, ever join a private lobby for any reason. Never. P2P is the only way that they can steal your IP address. Honestly.
Hey I’m sorry but you’re misinformed. Ddos is very big problem on Xbox comp rn for whatever reason. They aren’t getting IPs from the connection to blizzard server they are linking ip to gamertag using other methods.
Obviously not, cause I never join private lobbies, I haven’t only been booted off OW either. I’ve been booted while playing smite, and rainbow as well
But those other games it only happened once, on OW it happens literally every other game because the community is filled with losers with no life (it’s why I’m deleting the game until OW 2)
