You should shame yourself for holding her 41 days out of ranked , do you have a mental breakdown or why are you doing this -?. 1. It makes 0 sense hold her back till season 10 hits . 2. You had enough time to learn her on the PTR or in this 1 Week Ranked hold back… Destroying Heroes like Mercy during Season is ok. -?. That players have to change their playstyle during a season is what you dont want -?. Well you did a good job with the Mercy things earlier, worst thing you could ever do. 2 Weeks would be totally O.K. for me… Me and my friends told each other we begin when Brigitte comes in Ranked, but when its so long, i stop playing Overwatch on this Account, back to One-Trick Sombra Acc. SHAME!

maybe they have learned a new leaf and are making sure the competitive experience is not ruined by having a potential game breaking character or balance change in their instead they have extended period on casual modes only.
I mean they should of ideally learned this lesson way back when bastion was must pick but hey third times the charm
