i think the ow team ruin the game. every one is scary to talk . back in the day. most ppl willing to talk, but know no one want to talk now. it fell like a solo player game. u made it if ppl talk in this game they get report for be toxic. but some time talk crap to the other player make the game fun game.

Bc BLIZZ put the report tool in which left it 100% to the players for reporting. Since OW is the most highly offended community in gaming history, how do you think this is gonna go. Plus BLIZZ puts in game tools to actively sensor comms.
There is one way round it⌠Just be polite and civil in game.
Then you never have any issues.

Wrong again. I got chat banned, and had all chat options off, and never spoke. I asked blizz to send me my chat logs and pure silence.

Wrong. I do not throw matches and I try to play counterswapwatch. The problem is that when players lose matches they always looking for someone to blame instead of looking in the mirror. Plus false and wrongful reporting is against TOS in itself. Nothing being done there either. Like I said, the report tool was implemented to silence the mega offended community that is OW players.

Never said you did. Many things class as âdistruptive behaviourâ. Could be anything from a long list of things.
Hence why you need to appeal, and keep appealing. New ticket after new ticket.
Agree, that is a community problem.
Because almost no report is false. And how it works completely nullifies attempts at mass reporting people.

Gen Z would never survive late 2000s early 2010s call of duty lobbies.
For other video games I religiously use chat. For OW I have switched off all channels as they only appear to be used for toxicity/blaming others. Just one big distraction with no benefit (at least at my ranks).

I talk all the time, never banned.
But here is the rub, I say match maker is wonky, and folks say itâs not.
My experience shouldnât negate your experience. Maybe different things happen at different ranks. What I talk about âall the timeâ, are the cool downs and alts opponents used. Thatâs about it.
I think the issue is Plat & below. The funny thing is the ones blaming whoever seem to have no idea whatâs going on. I was in a game the other day and the Tank was throwing (for whatever reason), at the beginning (in defence) he stopped half way between spawns and just dance so first team fight was lost. He continued not to try and died multiple times. Our other Support said âDPS Diffâ - like some toxic habit.

i might have to make a 5th account because easy AI report me for what they think is me throwing when im actually hard carrying and they are absolute waste of a team slot. playing tank is a literal risk nowadays
This is very apparent in unranked. Sometimes you have games where everyone is for example masters+ someone leaves, and a silver or bronze player is backfilled.
They may then flame their whole team the match, completely oblivious that they are utterly outplayed.
It does make sense though that the lowest rated people often have the least self reflection skills as well.
i have seen this behavior at low masters as well as diamond. i just tell them to check my stream out in 15 years to hear how they sound back in the day. they also always complain the same way. like stop drinking the coolaid
