They changed Kiriko’s voice lines

I’m sad that people complained enough and got Kiriko’s voice to be more enthusiastic. It just feels forced when you hear it and i really always liked her original, being a monotone and not talkative person myself i related.

saw a thread earlier about the same thing. so she isnt snarky anymore? yea a video before and after would be cool but its probably hard to do now since no one thought it would happen

I had the unfortune to experience them and they are awful.

They made them 1000 times more cringe.

No. They are the same just with way more cheesy tone now.

Kiriko is lame compared to someone like Ramattra holy now that’s a voice. She’s not bad just unimpressive to me.

As if the very clear tone English to Japanese wasn’t bad enough but the substance and what was said was so dull and cringe. She as a character is great although I have my own opinions about her aesthetic design.

but she needed something. Inflection, writing, and it has felt very lacking.

I think the problem is this isn’t what Blizzard was even going for. They seem to consider Kiriko super cheery, like Tracer.

You say Kiriko sounds forced to you. To me, and I think many others,Kiriko has sounded forced since the beginning.

To me she sounds like an unenthused girl mimicking an enthused girl.
